Keith is a NASM CPT, 3rd degree Black Belt, and is a full Kettlebell instructor through IKFF, Agatsu, and Dragon Door’s Hard Style Kettlebell Certification. His time as a trainer has convinced him that with proper motivation and knowledge, it is possible for anyone to reach their desired fitness goals. Keith focuses on functional strength training through kettlebells, circuit training, boxing, core strengthening, and using unconventional fitness tools such as flipping tires, sledgehammers, battle ropes, and sandbags.
